Follow-up Script#2
Hi! I’m the Network Marketing Trainer with the Sponsoring System for people who don’t want to SELL. Just wanted to check in to see if you have any questions OR if you wanted more training.
More training: You’ll probably want to take some notes.
Remember the objective of why we do Networking is in 3 points.
1. Build a large downline.
2. Build it once.
3. Have it pay forever.
Where people get sidetracked is when they lose sight of this. They lose focus on these three objectives. Let’s see if we can define how to be focused on these points.
Remember we discussed the importance of choosing your sponsor. Does he have a good sponsoring system? Is he just trying to sign me up - or is he a real sponsor? Do you understand the difference between a sponsor and a recruiter? The question to ask is: "is he a real sponsor who can train me and help me and work with me. Does he have an economical sponsoring system for me and the people I bring in?" Does he have a system so I don’t have to chase my friends and relatives?
So point one is to be very careful in choosing a sponsor. If you want to achieve those 3 objectives of Building a large downline. Building it once. And having it pay us forever, then obviously the first step is to choose the right sponsor, because it’s going to be a long-term relationship.
The second point was to determine if you have a long-term company. That depends upon company management. Most companies crash because of mis-management. What qualifies them to manage a company? Does the management team have experience running a company, or are they just some people who built a big downline? If you work hard building a downline and the company crashes --- so does your downline.
Another point about choosing a long-term company. A long-term company is a product driven company. If the main emphasis is on the money you can make, then the products seem incidental to the money making scheme. These companies have NEVER had long term success.
In order to have it pay forever, it’s got to last forever. So it must have great management. And it must be product driven. In order to have a residual income, there must be a residual COMPANY. Does that make sense?
The next point is to take a look at the marketing strategy. Does the sponsor even have a marketing strategy? Are you familiar with the term target market or niche marketing? It’s the group of people you want to target. We have had tremendous success working with people who are already in Network Marketing. Most of them have never earned a $200 check, but they believe in Network Marketing. They are not going to ask if this is an illegal pyramid. They are already beyond that. They already have a dream, they just have never even begun to realize that dream. We have been able to take people from this target market and train them, and in less than a year, some are earning over $5,000/month, and some even more. This target market is VERY RESPONSIVE when they find out we have a system for people who don’t want to SELL. A System that is working for people just like them. And the beautiful thing is, there’s probably 10 Million people in our target market, and it’s growing like crazy. They have been trained in sales systems. And their sales systems just don’t work for them.
So we retrain these people. They must be re-trained. They are under the mistaken idea that their company has failed them, so they switched to another company. That company failed them also, so the joined another and another. They need to see that the problem is not the company that causes the failure, it’s their sponsoring system. They need to see that if they keep doing what they have been doing, they will keep producing what they have been producing: - - failure. If they keep doing the same thing, they are on a collision course with bankruptcy. For them, Network Marketing is a big sink hole to pour their money down. The untraining process consists of 5 questions.
Question 1. How long have you been a Networker? The usual answer is 4 or 5 years.
Question 2. Do you have a sponsoring system? Oh yes! I mail postcards.
Question 3. How much money have you made from your system? The typical answer is: "Well, I’ve never made more than a $200 check".
Question 4. How many more years will you work this system, before you can conclude that the system doesn’t work? There’s usually a long pause before they answer: "Well, I guess I can conclude that right now".
This ends the untraining.
Now you can ask Question 5, which is: Isn’t it about time you tried a system that does work? And, usually they are ready.
Let’s look at postcards. If I mail 1,000 postcards, the cost is about $300. If it pulls 1%, that’s 10 leads. My cost is $300 for 10 leads. Would you like to buy 10 leads for $300? That’s $30 per lead. If you sign up one person, it has cost you $300 just for your leads. Are you going to spend another $300 next month, so you can mail another 1,000 postcards? Not likely. And so the duplication ends. Postcards are just too expensive!
Here’s the bottom line: POSTCARDS DON"T WORK. They are too expensive. Remember the goal is not to spend a lot of money. The goal is to build a large downline. Here’s the secret: If you want to build a large downline, you’re not going to do it with postcards.
But this brings up an interesting question. Do you know what is the greatest need in Networking? Thousands of people mailing postcards demonstrate that need. It’s for an effective sponsoring system that doesn’t require selling. Why do people do postcards or mail letters when it’s about the most expensive thing they can do? It’s because it avoids the sales confrontation. It avoids sales resistance. Basically, it avoids selling. They mail postcards and letters because they don’t want to sell. People just don’t want to sell. That’s why they joined Network Marketing instead of selling vacuum cleaners or encyclopedias. They don’t want to sell. People will spend huge amounts of money mailing letters or postcards - - if they can just avoid selling - - and having to overcome objections - - and closing on people. They would rather mail postcards. But as we have seen, postcards don’t work. But I think you can see, there is a huge demand here. There’s a DESPERATE demand for a sponsoring system that doesn’t require selling. Everyone is looking for that.
The greatest need in Network Marketing is for an effective sponsoring system, that requires no selling. The secret we learn from all these people doing postcards is this: The greatest need in Network Marketing is for a highly effective sponsoring system that works for people who don’t want to sell. If you’ve got this, you’ve got something that attracts people like a magnet.
And if you don’t, you’re not going to build a large downline.
So we want to build a large downline, build it once, and enjoy the income forever.
Are we making any sense?
Do you have any product questions?
Where do you want to go from here?
Do you want more product information?
