Follow-up Script#3

Hi! I’m the Network Marketing Trainer with the Sponsoring System for people who don’t want to SELL. Just wanted to check in to see if you have any questions OR if you wanted more training.

Remember our objective of why we do Networking.

    1. Build a large downline.

    2. Build it once.

    3. Have it pay forever.

Where people get sidetracked is when they lose their focus on these objectives.

We’ve already discussed the importance of carefully choosing the person you’re going to work with. Does he have a good sponsoring system? Is he just trying to sign you up - or is he a real sponsor? The first step is to choose the right sponsor, because it’s going to be a long-term relationship.

The second step was to find a long-term company, because a short-term company can’t provide long-term income. That depends upon company management. Most companies crash because of mis-management. Does the management team have experience running a company, or are they just some people who built a big downline? If you work hard building a downline and the company crashes --- so does your downline. So much for having it pay forever.

Another point about choosing a long term company. A long-term company is a product driven company. In order to have it pay forever, it’s got to last forever. So it must have great management. And it must be product driven. In order to have a residual income; there must be a residual COMPANY. Does that make sense?

The next point was to take a look at the marketing strategy. Is there a Sponsoring System for people who don’t want to sell? The big question people are asking is: "can I do this?" If it involves sales, they have their answer, because they just don’t want to sell.

So we want to build a large nationwide downline, We want to build it once. And we want to have it pay forever. Part of our strategy, is to understand the biggest secret in Network Marketing. I’m going to reveal this SECRET to you right now.

Recently, some industry research was conducted. They asked people "Why did you join join your Network Marketing program?". The #1 reason was: "Well, I just trusted my sponsor, so I joined him." The #1 reason was because of the sponsor. Not the company. Not the products. Not the pay plan. The #1 reason they joined was because they trusted the sponsor. The most important factor was trust in the sponsor. And that’s the SECRET. You’ve got to get people to trust you. Now, how do you get a person to trust you with a postcard? No wonder postcards don’t work! How do you get a person to trust you if you come on like a huckster? How do you get someone to trust you if you try to "sell" them? Success in Network Marketing is not in having a good sales pitch, it’s in getting people to trust you. Success in Network Marketing is not in recruiting. It’s in getting people to trust you. That’s why we teach TRUST BUILDING SKILLS. And there is a very easy way to get people to trust you. You don’t try to SELL them. You just give them free training, with no strings attached. That’s what shows them that you are a REAL sponsor - not a recruiter. That’s what shows them you are a trainer. That’s what shows them that you have a Sponsoring System that can work for them - - without any selling. A strategy for building a large downline, building it once, and enjoying it forever. If you can offer people that, you’ll have willing workers who will volunteer to work with you. Can you see how building trust is BETTER than selling? So what is our system? Simple! You just offer people free training. After the training, if they trust you, they volunteer to join you.

One more point: Some people have a serious character defect. They just can’t be focused. They have a Networker’s version of Attention Deficit Disorder. They just can’t be loyal. They just keep jumping from one company to another. They will NEVER make any money. They have "joiners disease" - they just have to join everything that comes along. Obviously, a serious sponsor will avoid these people, because he is looking for serious people who want to build a serious income and are willing to pay the price. If they can’t make a commitment, he doesn’t want to work with them; because they’ll be gone in a few days. Remember our 3 objectives: 1. To build a large downline. 2. Build it once. 3. Have it pay forever. How do you do that with these people?

The truth is, some people are fooling around with Network Marketing. They treat Networking like a lottery, and they are always ready to stick a quarter in the next Networking slot machine.

The serious sponsor works with the workers. They deserve his help and time. The point is: work with the workers. They DESERVE your time.

So we want to build a large nationwide downline, We want to build it once. And we want to have it pay forever. This is our strategy to do that. Now, does all this makes sense? OK.
